In short: Every student riding, and a parent or guardian for each, signs our Prom Contract. Alcohol, drugs and smoking are not allowed, and we confirm pickup times, stops and the ride home with a parent, not only the students.
What we confirm with parents
Prom plans often come from the students, but we confirm the details with a parent or guardian: every pickup address, the photo stop, dinner, the prom venue, the ride-home time and the final drop-off. That way the adults know exactly where the group will be and when.
The Prom Contract
Every student riding needs to sign our Prom Contract (PDF), with a parent or guardian signing next to each student. It covers:
- Vehicle rules: no alcohol, illegal drugs or smoking, and no standing through the roof or leaning out of windows.
- Damage and cleaning charges.
- Payment.
- Release of liability.
The no-alcohol rule
No alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed in the vehicle, and minors may not have been drinking before they get in. If a minor is found drinking during the ride, the ride ends, the group is taken back to the first pickup address, and no refund is given. It is worth going over this with the group before the night.
Which vehicle fits the group
| Vehicle | Seats |
|---|---|
| Stretch limousine | 8-10 |
| Mercedes Sprinter | 10-14 |
| SUV limousine | 14-18 |
| Party bus | 20-40 |
Hourly rates run from $120 to $350, depending on the vehicle, and a $200 deposit holds a limousine ($400 for a party bus).
Booking checklist
- As soon as the date is set: count the group and request a quote. April and May weekends book out early.
- Two to three weeks before: confirm every pickup address, the photo stop and the dinner reservation.
- The week of prom: confirm the final headcount and the ride-home time with us.
- Before prom night: print the Prom Contract (PDF) and have every student and a parent sign it.
